Indian tailenders scripted win by 2 wickets on Australians

India won the last ODI with two wickets at Mumbai with an excellent efforts from the tailenders batsman. Australians have won the series with 4 -2 lead and is winner of future world cup a trophy for this series.

Australia, won the toss and elected to bat first but Indian bowling dominating the game and Murli karthik with six wicket haul restricted the Aussies to merely at total of 193 in 41.3 overs,with an average of 4.65 runs per over.

Skipper Ricky Ponting half century was only the grace which the world champions exhibited. Economical and penetrating bowling made the champions score a moderate total 193 runs.

The best of world's best batting line up, the Indian batsman, openers and Middle order did not look confident in front of speedsters of Bret Lee and Johnson and Bracken.Robin Uthappa the new find held the fort with Tail enders Harbhajan. Zahir Khan with Murli Karthik played well unto last to bring glory to their side with the win with two wickets to spare.

Muarli Kartik was adjudged man of the match.Australia already won the series and India surprise win added lustre to this match. Kartik was the hero with the ball, with a career-best 6 for 27 as India nipped out the last eight wickets for 76 runs and keeping Australia to 193 in 41.3 overs
