Yeddyurappa's sons trust in news

Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) on Wednesday said in Press conference alleging that BS Yeddyurappa the chief minister's family had collected crores of rupees illegally with the help of three companions floated by the family: H D Kumaraswamy alleged donations worth Rs 27.18 crore were accepted in last two years in the name of a trust initiated by Yeddyurappa’s family thus misuse of the chief minister’s office. Kumaraswamy in lieu of this released documents of huge donations received by trust from a number of individuals and firms a scam by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader.Donations secured included a Rs 10 crore contribution from a mining company in return of favours, Janta leader alleged.B S Yeddyurappa's son B Y Raghavendra, trashed the allegations calling them baseless, Karnataka chief minister and his family are already facing accusations in a land scam case which is being heard in a Bangalore court. H D Kumaraswamy complaints no action was taken against the real estate developer although he had encroached tanks lakes the water bodies in Bangalore.Yeddyurappa favoured his kin with prime land in and around Bangalore and case were filed in January after Governor H R Bhardwaj granted permission to prosecute Yeddyurappa after a series of spats between the two.
