Hillary Clinton says no to second term

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that she would not serve a second term as the top American diplomat if President Barack Obama was to be re-elected in 2012 presidential elections.She also categorically ruled out any attempt to run for US presidency again.In an interview to Wolf Blitzer of the CNN in Cairo, Egypt, where she was travelling, Clinton Wednesday repeatedly said "No" each time she was asked if she would like to serve as the Secretary of Defence, the Vice President, like to be the President of the US. She has the best job she could ever have, Clinton argued."This is a moment in history where it is almost hard to catch your breath. Allocation of Funds to Minority Institutions The Centrally Sponsored scheme for Infrastructure Development of Private Aided/Unaided Minority Institutes (Elementary Secondary/Senior Secondary schools) (IDMI) came into existence in December, 2008. During 2008-09, no grant was given to any institution of any State. Giving this information in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Shri Vincent H. Pala, Minister of State for Minority Affairs, said that During 2009-10, grant was given to 22 minority institutions of Government of Uttar Pradesh. During 2010-11, till date, grant has been given to 15 institutions of Kerala, 5 institutions of Maharashtra and 5 institutions of Madhya Pradesh. Emergency declared at Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant

NHK world Japanese News web describes Tokyo Electric Power Company has reported to the Japanese government an emergency situation at a nuclear power plant in quake-stricken Fukushima Prefecture.On Sunday morning, the company said that radiation levels on the border of the compound of the Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant had exceeded government standards. The report was made based on the country's special law on measures against nuclear disasters. Work to vent air from the containers of the reactors at the plant was carried out on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The measure was taken to release pressure in the containers after the reactors' cooling system failed. The power company says the procedure may have led to higher radiation levels and is investigating. The company says radiation levels near the front gate of the plant gradually went down after rising to 1,015 microsieverts per hour on Saturday afternoon.
