We cannot let that happen. There are only 32 days left in this campaign. If you’re planning to take the next step, now is the time. Please donate $5

Masterclass for Directors leading to Certified Corporate Directorship Certification Course   Dear Mr  Sagar , Further to our tele communication regarding Masterclass for Directors programme. Directorship is no longer a SINECURE. Recent boardroom reforms introduced in most countries have put the onus of responsibility on Directors. Institute of Directors (IOD) believes that the problem of corporate misgovernance is due to the lack of effective training in Company Directorship. The proposed new Company Law Bill 2011, seeks to empower the Govt. to make it  MANDATORY  even for  unlisted Public Companies to have atleast 33% Independent Directors  on their boards India would need over 40,000 Independent Directors in near future.
