Tharoor: Ministry finalizes National Policy on ICT in school education & ICT curriculum for students teachers

Minister of State for Human Resource Development Dr Shashi Tharoor has said his ministry has finalized the National Policy on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in school education and ICT curriculum for students and teachers.

He gave this information in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today. He said an exemplar Model Bid Document has been prepared for effective application of the ICT in Schools scheme under which 2 crore 38 lakh students were covered during the last three years.
