First GOI has to amend NDMA that automatically Deploys Senior Civil
Servants to disaster management assignments. Officers running away
from Duty Should Be Dismissed from Service.

NDMA led by a son of former Chief Minister, M Shashidhar Reddy, was
bunch of dullards – I know all NDMA top officials they had no idea of
Disaster Management – that’s why I rate them DULLARDS.

Floods in Kosi, Surat, Bhakra, Uttarakhand, Jammu &Kashmir are all
DIFFERENT and need different Disaster Management Program.

Administration had to be ready in advance but actually swung in action
2-3 days after Clouds and Rains are clear.

Except deploying Army Engineers or Air Force Choppers NDMA…

Roadside bombs kills 5 UN peacekeepers in Mali19092014 A roadside bomb in northern Mali has killed five UN peacekeepers and wounded several others, a spokesman said of the latest in a string of deadly attacks on the force. A car carrying Chadian troops hit the explosive north of Aguel’hoc, which is near the embattled city of Kidal, said Olivier Salgado on Thursday.Earlier this month, four UN peacekeepers were killed and several were wounded when their convoy hit a mine in the same region. There was no immediate claim of responsibility and Salgado did not speculate on who was responsible for the bomb.
